1. Service Overview

Siteflowa provides subscription-based website design, hosting, maintenance, and ongoing improvements. Services are delivered digitally and managed remotely.

2. Subscription & Billing

• All plans are billed monthly or as prepaid 6- or 12-month subscriptions.
• A minimum commitment of 3 months applies to all subscriptions.
• Prepaid subscriptions are discounted and non-refundable.
• Prices are displayed in USD unless stated otherwise.

3. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time after the first 3 months. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

No refunds are issued for partially used billing periods.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital and custom services, Siteflowa does not offer refunds for completed or ongoing subscription periods.

If you experience an issue with our service, please contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to resolve it.

5. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and timely information required for website creation.
• Ensure you have the rights to any content, images, or materials provided.
• Respond to requests necessary to complete or maintain your website.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon active subscription, you are granted the right to use the website and related materials created by Siteflowa. Full ownership transfers only after all outstanding payments are settled.

7. Availability & Support

Siteflowa provides support primarily via online communication. We do not offer phone support unless explicitly agreed.

8. Limitation of Liability

Siteflowa shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Privacy & Data Protection

Siteflowa collects only the information necessary to provide its services, including name, email address, and payment-related metadata.

We do not sell or share personal data with third parties except where required to process payments or comply with legal obligations.

Payment details are handled securely by our payment providers and are never stored on Siteflowa servers.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

All Siteflowa subscriptions require a minimum commitment of three (3) months.

After the minimum period, subscriptions may be cancelled at any time and will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

Due to the nature of digital services, refunds are not provided for completed or partially used billing periods.
