Siteflowa provides digital services including website design, hosting, and ongoing maintenance through a subscription-based model. We aim to provide reliable service and clear policies for our customers.

14-Day Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 14 days of the initial payment. Refund requests must be submitted by contacting us at hello@siteflowa.com.

After the 14-day refund period has passed, payments are non-refundable.

Subscriptions

  • Siteflowa operates on a subscription-based service model.
  • All subscriptions require a minimum commitment of 3 months.
  • After the initial 3-month commitment period, subscriptions may be cancelled at any time.
  • If a subscription is cancelled, the service will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
  • No refunds are provided for partially used billing periods after the 14-day refund window.

Prepaid Plans

Prepaid plans (such as 6-month or 12-month plans) are eligible for refunds only within the first 14 days after purchase. After this period, prepaid payments are non-refundable.
