1. Service Overview
Siteflowa provides subscription-based website design, hosting, maintenance, and ongoing improvements. Services are delivered digitally and managed remotely.
2. Subscription & Billing
- Plans are billed monthly or as prepaid 6- or 12-month subscriptions.
- A minimum commitment of 3 months applies.
- Prepaid plans are discounted and non-refundable.
- Prices are displayed in USD unless stated otherwise.
3. Cancellation
Subscriptions may be cancelled after the first 3 months. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
4. Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information and required content.
- Ensure rights to submitted materials.
- Respond promptly to requests necessary for service delivery.
5. Intellectual Property
Usage rights apply during active subscription. Ownership transfers only after all payments are settled.
6. Limitation of Liability
Siteflowa is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
